Cancellation terms: For group reservations and charters the following
cancellation terms and charges apply... Written cancellation: 30 days
before departure no charge, 29-14 days before departure 25 % cancellation
charge, 13-7 days before departure 50 % cancellation charge, 7-0 days
before departure 100 % cancellation charge.
Operating
terms:
The shipping company is not liable for delays, cancellations, interruptions
to scheduled sevices or cruises, or missed connections. We reserve the
right to make changes in the timetable and prices. Company has also right
to change the boat in scheduled traffic.
